Cancellation and Returns

If goods are ordered and then not required we may take them back at our discretion but we reserve the right to implement a handling charge of 10% plus our original delivery costs if the goods were supplied on a 'Free Delivery' basis. The cost of the return of goods will be the responsibility of the purchaser and upon receipt of the returned goods to our business address the calculated refund less the handling charge will be issued only to the originating credit/debit card holder.

Damaged/Lost Goods

In the vent of goods being delivered in damaged or incomplete state we must be notified immediately. If there is evidence of damage to a parcel being delivered by our courier you must check the condition of the goods before signing for them. Once signed for the product is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery

Next day delivery is free to UK mainland addresses for orders of £50 and over exclusive of VAT with the exception of the following
Delivery to Northern and Southern Ireland, and the canary islands cannot be delivered for free. Normal freight delivery prices will be charged onto there account, which is both £10 for up to 20 kilos.

Payment

Goods will not be desptched without prior payment. The price and payment for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the same time you place your order, plus any charges for carriage as set out in the order form.

All prices on the this web site are exclusive of vat @ 17.5% which will be added at the 'checkout'. Vat is chargeable on all orders to the UK and EC States with the exception of zero-rated items or where orders are accompanied by proof of an EC VAT number.

Payments online will be transacted via and independent company, Nochex Ltd.

Privacy

Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and/or responding to your request for further information or assistance. MSW Kart Shop do not sell, trade, share or rent your personal information.

Warranty

By the nature of the sport goods cannot be guaranteed against wear and tear or misuse but we will exhange or refund goods which may be of faulty manufacture.
